Process for subletting your room
Hey guys,

I posted an ad to sublet my room but this is the first time I'm doing this so I was wondering...I probably make the person sign some sort of an agreement right? And any other things I should be careful about or any other advice from someone who has subletted before would be quite helpful.

Thanks in advance!
