Prof Hannan, 2X03 and 2J03
Hey guys,

Did anyone have Hannan for Econ this semester? How is she/he in terms of teaching, tests, quizzes, etc. I wanted to take 2X03 in the summer, and her class is the night one (Holmes has the afternoon). I wasnt sure who I should take.

Also, does anyone know how Econ 2J03 is? Is it fairly easy or not recommended? With Khan.

Thanks in advance!

P.s. I posted this in the wrong thread lol. Sorry for the double post...

Econ 2J03 is the easiest course I have taken at Mac. I found it even easier than Econ 1B03.

What about 2G03? Does anyone know who is the best when it comes to taking Econ 2G03? Also, how much harder is it compared to Econ 1B03? The Math should be okay for someone who took Engineering Math in first year right?

Hey guys,

Come out to the Econ Society Upper Year info Session this Wednesday at 5:30 pm, in TSH B126. The Econ Society will be doing course reviews for second to fourth year courses. Come out and get all your questions answered . Hope to see you there!

ps. Im currently taking Econ 2G03/ 2X03 with Prof Holmes and there are many engineers in my class. It is math intensive, but I think it won't be that hard if you have taken engineer math classes. As everyone knows already, Holmes' slides are awesome. We have two midterms worth 30% each, 12 quizzes out of which your top 10 will count for 5% together, and a final exam worth 35%. So, the midterms will count for 60% of your grade, and they are made up of 30 multiple choice questions. Hope that helps. If you have more questions, PM me or PLEASE COME OUT TO THE ECON SOCIETY INFO SESSION!

Seems just like her Econ 1B03 class, a dream. I can't wait to take it. I only get one elective next year so might as well take a course I would enjoy. Thanks
