would some question from the avenue tests be on the exam?

Also someone told me that the exam was majorly based on the online modules rather than everything on the course textbook. is it true?

Yes that is true, there were only a small amount of questions that were from the textbook. Most of the stuff is from the modules however, I found reading the textbook helped me understand the concepts better. And I think there were very few to no questions that were from the avenue tests.

dont read book for exam. dr kim should post on avenue if textbook only questions will appear on exam or not, but most likely they wont. even if they do, max 5 questions. going over book is not worth it. focus solely on online modules. and dont bother memorizing quiz questions. iirc 1 question from some quiz came up last year. it might have been the practice quiz tho.

But Dr. Kim said the exam will test us on all material that was in textbook, journal articles and modules.

Are u sure I shouldn’t spend much time on text book materials? I hate how some concepts and materials on the textbook are not cover in tutorials or on modules.

well, last year he said for us its modules only. in my post i said go with what he says. i guess its lecture+book now for you guys. i still would only expect 5-7 questions from the book though because for our exa, he said no textbook, but like 5 questions from book came but he removed em later. probably be similar for you guys. i still imagine it to be at least 85% modules tho. go with what you think is best and what he says tho.

Yeah, what Jason said about quiz questions not coming up in the exam is right. There were definitely a few questions from the checkpoint quizzes within the online lectures that were on the exam, though. I remember one was about cognitive dissonance.
