Psych 1xx3 exam?
I was wondering if the psych 1xx3 exam will have any textbook questions in it? I don't remember any questions coming from the textbook in the psych 1x03 exam last term. Also, will a lot of questions come from the live lectures that Dr. Kim does?
Thanks!!

I took this course last year and we were not tested on any textbook material at all.

The live lectures though, definitely testable, and I don't remember how many questions but there were a fair number of them. If you don't go over the live lecture notes, you will be at a loss.

Good luck!

But number of textbook questions came on the weekly quizzes for psych 1xx3 this term. So there is a possibility textbook ques would also come in the exam. what do you think?

Oh crap :( that really sucks. I didn't know but I guess that really does change things around then, because last year the textbook was more of a reinforcement and was not tested on.

In that case, you'll very likely be tested on textbook content then. Sorry about that. BUT you may want to post on the discussion board for Dr. Kim or the TAs to give you a confirmed answer

Psych 1XX3 exam is extremely difficult (a lot more difficult than typical third year psych courses)
I hope the god of fortune is on your side

So is it even harder than the weekly quizzes?

Exam Cheat Sheet
I read in a previous review of this course, it was allowed to bring a cheat sheet to the exam! Is this still the case? Please tell me I missed this important detail in lecture/tutorial!?

How old was the course review?

Because as of last year, there was no cheat sheet.

in 2009, we were allowed to have a cheat sheet. They said that by making the sheet, we were studying One 8.5x11 piece of paper...I think we were also allowed to use both sides.

Sucks that they don't do that any more though But I guess they'd adjust the exam questions to reflect that.
