PSYCH1X03 and 1XX3
Is it a bad idea to take both Pysch 1X03 and 1XX3 in the same term?

It's not an option, since 1X03 is a prereq for 1XX3 so they only offer them sequentially (i.e. 1X03 is ONLY in term 1 and 1XX3 is ONLY in term 2). You should check the master timetable to see when courses are offered before you waste time debating if you should change something - it could all end up being moot.

They are offered in different semesters, but 1X03 isn't a prerequisite for 1XX3, at least not according to the undergraduate calendar. Im registered for 1XX3 only. 1XX3 has these prerequisites:
Quote:
Prerequisite(s): Grade 12 Biology U or credit or registration in one of BIOLOGY 1A03, 1M03, 1P03; or registration in a Nursing program {Program codes: 6390 or 6386}; or registration in Level I or above of an Arts & Sciences program

Ooh they must have changed that then. Makes sense since you don't actually need the material in 1X03 for 1XX3
But nevertheless, they are still only offered sequentially.

Not in my (slightly biased) opinion. I really enjoyed those courses
