I see queen's elizabeth II's scholarship on osap's page
but it's not there on my payment agreement
is it suppose to? if so, how long does it usually take until it's posted up?

It would be included in the McMaster Scholarships portion.

Last year, the QEII scholarship was deducted from my OSAP "loan" amount...but this year, it looks as if it was added onto my pre-existing total...did this happen to anyone else?

Just checked my payment agreement, and mine shows it on the payment methods under McMaster Scholarships. This is my second year getting it though, so the timing for me may be different from yours.
