If they're both on the bus line, I don't see why you couldn't since you've already paid for all the stops to Square One.

Hmm, the only problem is that you risk overpaying for a ticket. Because once you buy a monthly pass, you're buying that pass for Square One, which may or may not be more expensive than Trafalgar. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That's correct, if the OP plans to always take the bus from Trafalgar then they should get the corresponding monthly pass. But having the monthly pass from Square One means that you can use it from there if you need to. It COULD be worth the extra fare depending on the OP's situation.

Hey Thanks everyone... i'm probably going to take the bus from Trafalgar most of the time, but sometimes I would need to go to square one, and i want to get the monthly pass as it will work for both ..=D

I used to work at Compass for two years, and we actually got this question pretty often.

As long as the two destinations are on the same line, there is no issue with using a pass for more than one destination. But you must be using the pass with the destination furthest from your starting point.

For example, you can travel to Trafalgar with a Square One pass no problem. However, if you wanted to travel to Square One using a Trafalgar pass you would either need to buy another ticket to pay the difference (one-way, two-ride, ten-ride etc), or would need to pay the driver the difference in cash on the bus.

Oh, you can pay the difference too? Never thought of that. That's pretty convenient as well ^-^
