Really useful powerpoint feature
I'm probably just really behind on tech-y stuff but I just discovered this really cool feature in powerpoint that allows the presenter to view their notes while presenting but displays the full screen presentation to the audience. Kinda useful for doing presentations so that you don't have to bring cue cards or pieces of paper when you get up there in front of an audience.

It's called "Presenter View" and if you go to "View" you click "Presenter Tools".

Just thought I would share for anyone else who didn't know about it!

haha I just noticed this recently, that when profs close the full screen view they usually have a ton of notes on their screen. I was wondering how to do it, thanks!

Haha I bet Dr. Kim uses this in his live lectures.

Thanks for this!

Dr. Kim doesn't actually give any live lectures. He's a highly powered cybernetics core in a humanoid body.

Doc Kim wanders the stage alot during his live lectures, so I doubt it. I think he just has them memorized from doing it year after year.

There's no doubt he wanders around for some portions, but I've definitely seen him reading off of his computer when going through slides with more content-heavy material (noticed it a lot more in some of the neurosci lectures).
