It's basically like you're a rep for the IRC on behalf of your floor
. Ask your residence hall rep or your CA's, they should be able to get you a form. And basically, you'll have to get 10 people's signatures to nominate you, but there can be as many FLIRC's as possible - it's not limited
. After that, you pick a committee, and you go to it once a week, and you rep your floor/ rez in that meeting

@ Flag, awww it's totally okay, you know how behind wally there's this counrt-yard type thing with like places to sit and whatnot, people are always hanging out there, the building right in front when you walk in is Moulton, with the green-ish glass windows
