Regarding Paying Online
If the balance forward on the student account is the amount I owe the school for taking a set of courses and the payment received is negative that same amount, I assume my payment was sent and everything is okay right?

Yes everything is fine and the office will accept your payment soon. If you did it through INTERAC, it should take a day or so.
