Registration Sticker
I will be returning as a continuing education student, and I recently received the McMaster sticker which goes on your student card. However, I noticed it is different from past years, as it says U/G instead of U-FT/PA, and there is no HSR sign. Also, it is all yellow in color.

I was just wondering whether all undergrads have the same sticker, or is the one I received only for continuing education students?

No, the undergrads have the red sticker with the HSR sign as usual. I'm guessing the one you received is only for continuing students...

How many Units are you registered for? You don't get full time status if your below 18 units.

No not all undergrads get the same sticker, the one you have is a part time sticker which is why you have no HSR.
