I know it usually varies sometimes it can take until August for a final decision to be made.
However, I have heard some people also get accepted earlier than some people.

What you stated is correct.

i hand my in on june 30th one year and it came two weeks later. i heard of someone who handed his in on june 15th and he heard back on june 30th. maybe hand it in early June to hear back by end of June. but this may also depend on program.

It does depend on the program, because it's the faculties that approve/reject you.
