Does anybody know if the applications are out or when they are coming out?

ROA Candidates: Applications will be available Thursday February 9, 2012 – Friday February 24.

ROR Candidates: Applications will be available Thursday February 9, 2012 – Friday March 2.

I'm just curious, if you get accepted as a welcome week/rez rep does that mean you automatically get into residence? I've always been confused about that...

no, rez reps dont have to live in residence. you can be a rez rep even if you live off campus. being a rez rep has nothing to do with living on rez.
