The Researcher's Night - Hamilton
A concept originating in France that has now spread across Europe, The Researcher's Night will host academics, professionals and artists from the Greater Hamilton Area as well as special guests from France who will present their work in a way that can be understood by the general public. The premise of the conference is knowledge translation - the promotion of the idea that artists and researchers 'speak a similar language' through their work and would like to translate it to others.

This conference is the first of its kind in North America!

The theme of the conference and subject of the works displayed is 'a sustainable city', as the City of Hamilton is undergoing significant change as a city at this time.
Workshops and activities will be facilitated by researchers and artists for a hands-on portion to the conference.

The conference is to take place:

Date: Saturday October 25, 2014
Time: 6-11 pm
Location: McMaster Innovation Park - 175 Longwood Road South, Hamilton ON L8P 0A1

- E-mail: researchersnighthamil [email protected]
- Facebook Event: https://www.facebook.com/events/5642...40160382189568
- Facebook: Researcher'sNight Hamilton
- Twitter: RsNHam

Come out and see what research is happening in your own backyard!
