I've been filling out my application and trying to decide what res to live in but starting about an hour ago, I've been unable to access the residence preferences page of the application, so it won't let me pick what types of residence I want to live in. Is anyone else having the same problem and does anyone know what's going on?

Try a different browser? Everyone McMaster related is only supported by IE.

Same thing has happened to me. I went in just to double check everything, but couldn't find it.

Yeah, I've been having the same problem. I called the residence information help desk only to be told they were unaware of it but took my name and number down and told me they would give me a call as soon as they solved the problem. I'll post back as soon as I get the call.

I just got a call back from Mcmaster, and they've fixed the problem. I can now see room preferences.
