I lived in Hedden, GREAT residence! I'd say the rooms are slightly bigger than (very slightly..) than other non-apartment style res buildings. The hallways are definitely a little less claustrophobic than in older buildings.

Your room will be filled. My neighbour left after a month and they had someone else move in almost right away.

As far as bathrooms go, there are about 2-3 single bathrooms for every 5 rooms (it seems like it anyways), you will almost NEVER have to wait for them. Usually people always use the same bathroom that is right outside the res room door.

SweeT! you get a nice view of the football field from your rez. In otherwords you can watch the games for free. Its also new compared to the other residences.

You will have windows. The basement doesn't look like a basement from the back of the building. Its above the ground in the back and below it in the front. I don't think there were any rooms in basement on the front side of the building.

Sweet! i'm in brandon as well. It should say, double with bathroom or single with bathroom if your room has a private bathroom.

I have the same question as well. I think there are a couple rooms with private bathrooms in every rez. I guess the only way to find out if your's (or mine) has one, is to see it when we get there.

I was living in the 'batesment' this past year. Pretty quiet from my experience. Though personally I think I got the best apartment for that floor, it was right across the laundry room (the apartment was B115). And you're close to the study and common room if you like using those rooms.

Edit: Does anyone know if this is early for residence assignment release? Or is this when they usually release it?
