It's been like that for a while, but before we used to be able to access it. It's where you can change the font and colour of your name as well as other stuff.

I've had the same problem for a while. It says "You are not allowed to purchase this item."

Yup, can't access it either. I just wanted to put my points in the bank but won't let me do that.

I'm still kind of confused.
I know what the rewards centre is, as I occasionally deposit my points and redeem them, but why are people having trouble accessing it?

I think it's something that's wrong with the staff accounts, not everyone else =/.

On a semi-related note, do the staffers know how points are given out? I know we all get points for posting, but there are probably others factors that contribute to it too. Posting articles? Creating topics? I'm just sort of curious since Reeves has roughly four times as many posts as me, but like, fourteen times more. The richest users thing makes sense since staffers tend to post more and write articles, but Reeves doesn't at all.
...Actually, outside of Reeves the points allocation seems fair. He's just the exception from the trend.

Yep, starting threads and writing articles contribute a lot more points than just posting. That explains why Reeves has so much more.

I believe just viewing threads also give you points.

Hey all,
There were some permission bugs with staff accounts, should work for you all now. Enjoy!
Our rewards system will be utilized a lot more in the new site upgrades we're working on!
