okay I got locked out twice now because of my stupid roommate and they told me the second time it costs $3
They said is shows up on my student account but I don't see anything

I don't want to find out later that i got charged interest because I had $3 left on my student account

I'm sure it'll show up on the student account later. Just do your best to not lock yourself out again and ALWAYS return the lockout key. If you lose the lockout key they replace the lock at a fee of $200. My one roommate has locked himself out countless times and lost the lockout key to the apartment and to his room. He has over $1000 in lockout fines. A rather impressive sum if I do say so myself.

Your stupid roommate must be a TERRIBLE person. Who the hell doesn't let their roommate leave with keys to the room? I can't believe they would do that to you!
