at the moment, its been closed due to "renovation" which really means they were closed by health and safety for being at over-capacity...
for those of you who've been to rokbar, this really shouldnt be a surprise

I went there three times, once to see St. Vincent which was the greatest thing ever, but the other two times I've never felt so out of place in my life :|

I would like to know where you found that out as well. I was just at Hess last week and it seemed Rokbar was still open.
Also cover is generally $10 or $15. At least for every time I've gone.

Rokbar opens and closes all the time, its not that big of a deal. Cover is $10, never really seen it $15 maybe for like new years or halloween. Sometimes its $5 on events.

Rokbar sucks though, steer clear

I was just there last night...
The girl at the door told me they were closed for renovation. The yellow poster on the front of the door from Hamilton Health and Safety said otherwise.

I've been there once. It cost $10 to get in, and $7 for a drink that I get at the West End for $3. Also, too crowded.

Dislike.

Popular clubs tend to get crowded... pretty dangerous imo, but if they don't operate at capacity its less fun, lol
