its near the indoor track in DBAC. do you know how to get there?

or just ask someone at DBAC, like at the service (hahah) desk

You can get to it through IWC too.

But if you can get to the 3rd floor of DBAC, right after you exit the stairwell, turn left. And just keep going, and ta-da. Rose Hill.
