Growing old, dying, spiders, germs, foreign foods, my life not making a difference, that I talk with a speech impediment and no one brought it up because they didn't want to be impolite, and failing/doing bad in school.
Needless to say, lots of things.
Spiders are the only ones that will actively make me freeze up with fear/that I have nightmares about though.

You're in a lot of trouble if you ever get pregnant haha.
ANd thanks for reminding me about needles. I actually had a nightmare the other night where I got in a car crash, and they gave me a needle. It was only a dream until the needle came in, then it turned into a nightmare.
