Schedules
Alright everyone, the schedules our now out so go check them out.

Me personally, im happy with my schedule with the exception of my first semester monday.

I know we can't change them yet, but how do we go about changing it once August 11th (or w.e the day is) rolls around.

And how can you check the master timetable to see if they offer it other days, can somebody provide me with a link to see what days i can possibly switch some of my classes too??

Here is the link to the Master Timetable:

LINK

Search for your course. If the course is provided in both terms, there will be two listings of the same course with one saying 1D for first term, and 2D for second term. Then click on the course name or code under the Course Offering section. A window will pop up with all the times and sections during that semester. Check to see if there are more than one set of times for your core classes. C01 is the default core class. If there are multiple classes they would be listed as C02 and so on. Then check to see if there are multiple labs and tutorials by checking for L01, L02, T01, T02, etc. Usually you only need to take one lab and one tutorial so if there are more than one of each type, you can choose either of them if they are available on SOLAR.

Finally, go onto SOLAR and if there are multiple classes or labs or tutorials, you have the option when you chose the course to choose a specific core, lab, or tutorial. If you just added the course and you didn't need to pick a specific C01, L01 or T01 then there are no other times.

You should be able to change cores as well, but if there's only one section, obviously, you won't be able to switch to anything else.

I believe you're talking about Pol Sci 1G06 correct? There are many tutorials you can choose from. When you log onto SOLAR on Monday, you should be able to choose any of them that are available. Since there is only one core class, C01, you would think that there are no other times for the main classes. However, this class is available at two different sets of times throughout the year. You can see that there is a 1G06 3D and a 1G06 3E. That means that one of these occurs during the daytime, and the other occurs during the night. You can switch in and out of the day and night classes on SOLAR as well.

it might be blocking pop-ups or something. Try using IE for all important MAC stuff. For now you can use the times I provided in the previous post for COMP SCI 1MD3. There are three possible tutorial times to switch between.

Don't worry, there's never a stupid question in university. I was just as confused my first year go here: LINK to find the different times for all your courses. Or go HERE and click on Undergraduate Personal Timetables on the left to see your schedule that was made by the Registrar.
