Science lounge?
Since Health Sci, Engineering, iSci and Art Sci all have lounge spaces to work in, do science students have any significant lounge? Whatever the specialty, shouldn't we be granted decent space being the only pure science students of the university (alongside iSci). Unless it exists and I have yet to see it.
Seems like being a science student hasn't had the perks the other faculties get...it would be nice to be granted a nice lounge specific to such a significant part of the university.

We don't even get a library. Thode is more known for Engineering than Science.
But then again, Mac is known for Science, so we own the entire university in a way

I've heard of a bio lounge in LSB but I've never been there (and I don't have high hopes since LSB is pretty dingy). Also there's that space outside Alastair's office in BSB that runs as a makeshift lounge....
Life is sad for the science student. :(

MBG? In third year you'll be spending an entire term in LSB. You'll pretty much be there almost every day.

Chemistry students have a lounge in ABB (with password hehe, to protect the precious coffee and marshmellows), and ISCI students have the entire floor of thode.

Biggest faculty on campus and its got nowhere to go. Actually, a third of the half-library we have was set aside for a group of like 30 students (/year...I think the oldest IScis are III now).

But I don't like LSB D:
It has the feel of a morgue.

actually the lounge in LSB isnt half bad, its just that its a pain to get to considering its out of the way and on the edge of campus, and since alot of the science classes aren't anywhere near it anyways. plus its on like the 5th or something floor. its just too much of a bother.
