Never check your coat at 1280 because you will invariably be able to find an open classroom to hide your things in. I have never had anything stolen nor have I paid to check my coat!

90% of the textbooks they tell you to buy are not necessary to do well in the course. Give it a couple weeks before you buy!!
-don't be the sucker who ends up in 4th year with a stack of expensive textbooks still in the plastic :l

but yes, very very sad story. but alas life's full of sad stories. focus on the good ones
