Anyone knw of any shops buying acoustic guitars? I have tried kijiji, cl, and macinsiders with no success. Just want to get rid of my old guitar, (its not old, I just updated).

I've bought and sold over 150 guitars on Kijiji. It's your best bet.

If you sell it to a shop, you'll get at most 70% of what they will sell it for.

Now, what guitar are you selling?

Epiphone dr 220s, basically brand new.

I'd listen to Vast, he has a massive stockpile of guitar experience to draw from (minor hyperbole).

That said, I've never really sold a guitar and I don't know if I could bring myself to do it. But some options to consider,
- Posting around Mac when it reopens (so you might have to wait a week),
- Asking a friend, a friend of a friend and so on (I wouldn't mind a new guitar but I'm short on the money for such luxuries),
- Kijiji, eBay (heck, I'd even try Amazon)

Makes me think that this is just one more reason we need a proper guitar club.
