Sensitive
I feel like I'm too sensitive. How does one stop being so sensitive to everything? Like just one rude/mean thing and it ruins my day and I feel like crap. I might even possibly cry for hours or just cry myself to sleep sometimes...ugh and its for such trivial things. I dunno maybe its because I've been going through a tough time personally and I'm still hurting?
Is there something wrong with me?
Sometimes I feel like going to the wellness centre but at the same time I feel like its not a worthy enough reason to go, like they'd think what I'm feeling is stupid...
I'd be grateful for some advice.

Get laid?

No seriously, often that's what young people feel due to not fulfilling their potential, including sexual.

Or at least that's what Cosmopolitan I read in doctor's office said.

I'm not trolling.

The wellness centre will take your feelings very seriously, because they are important to your well-being as a whole. I've expressed my embarrassment about various issues to my counselor, and her response was very comforting--if a problem is inhibiting your ability to live a fulfilling, happy life, it is not trival and worth addressing. Please talk to a professional who will know how to help you. If you don't like it, you don't have to go back, but there's no harm in trying it. Best of luck.
