Where should I go?
I am currently a 2nd year student living in a student house apartment. I don't like the environment and found someone to sublet my place and now I am thinking where to move.
OPTIONS I CAN THINK OF RIGHT NOW: Double Room on campus (I have already been granted this)
Binkley Hall
West Village Suites
If you have any other options for me to consider, please feel free to tell me
Take into consideration, my girlfriend comes to visit and stay over quite often and need a place where this would not affect other people living with me.
Thank you!

Glen road terrace apartments are excellent if you can afford the split; might take some extra cash to spice it up a bit (make it nicer/livable like mine is) but it's worth it. Very good management, too.

You should consider looking into getting a bachelor pad... its probably about 450-500 a mth, but you would have it all to yourself and your gf could visit anytime.
after living off campus and not having to wear flip flops in the shower, i dont think i could ever go back to living in res... especially if you have been offered a double room, it wont be very fun for your new roomate if you always have your gf over..
if you want to live in an apartment, thats an option too, however youll most likely have to pay for a 12mth lease... since its almost second semester, it might be worth it to just consider living, like i said, in a bachelor pad, or a house that has a basement apartment, or extra rooms available.

Thanks for the help. I am interested in the bachelor pads, I was wondering if you knew any around campus.

Depends on how long term you want to make it.
If you're looking for somewhere that you can stay for future years, don't be afraid to sign an 8, 12, or 16 month lease.
Otherwise, you might be best to find someone that is subletting for next term. That way, you can probably get an awesome deal (subletting is usually cheaper) and you will then be free to find a new place during the summer.
Best of Luck!

I will be taking summer school also if that helps! Any other ideas of any other locations I can rent out?
Thanks!

The only places Binkley has free at the moment are double rooms, which probably isn't ideal considering your girlfriend will be around a lot! I've got a bunch of friends living there at the moment who've been finding it quite difficult to work those sorts of things out with their roommates
The advantage with West Village is you definitely have your own private space... but it's not that close to campus and you can probably find something nicer a bit nearer!
Good luck!!
