Signature pages not getting to McMaster

I've used Xpresspost twice and the signature pages from OSAP did not reach McMaster, according to the tracking numbers.

They remain in "OUT FOR DELIVERY" from the Stoney Creek facility. One of the letters have been MIA for over 2 weeks, the other for 4 days.
So I think I'm just gonna go to the office in person.

Has anyone been getting problems with Canada Post?
