I applied to social science at mac before the deadline. My average first semester was not very good, but I managed to pull it to an 80 on the dot. I haven't gotten an offer yet, and Im concerned. My friend has gotten into the same program earlier this year with a 75 on the dot. Is it possible my first average made me not eligible for consideration? or is that not possible?

When did you apply? I applied late too, and got my admission about a week ago. The average requirement for social science i believe is a 75-78%, i think you should be fine.

I applied on time. What was your average? I just feel like with an average on the higher end of the consideration, I shouldve gotten an acceptance by now.
