SOCIOL 1A06 or PEACE ST 1A03/CMST 1A03
Hi everyone ,

I was just wondering is it easier to take Sociology 1A06 as an elective or Peace Studies 1A03 along with Communication Studies 1A03 ? Or if anyone recommends any other easy electives hah , thankss in advance

No elective can really be easy if you take no interest in it. Read the description on each one and see which one interests you the most and read reviews on them if anyone posted any on this site.

I took Sociology 1A06 in my first year. Overall thoughts were it was fairly an easy course, just go to your class and pay attention. No need to take notes even because the prof puts everything she said in class online. If I remember correct you just have to do a main essay for the whole year with other smaller tests I believe. Going to much easier then your other mandatory courses

PS. If you need the book for it I have that too in 10/10 condition. Send me an inbox message.

Hope it helps !

I've heard they're all pretty easy and all pretty light in terms of workload. I personally took CMST 1A03 and liked it, but that's because the material was pretty interesting to me. So yeah, I guess the best advice is take the one you think you'll find most interesting, since that'll translate into a better mark (likely) :p

Um, I guess since sociology is a full year class, the bad thing is if you decide you don't like it you're stuck with it for 8 months instead of 4? ._.
