Why is summer school selection unavailable??

In MUGSI it says it will be available in the morning.

SPRING/SUMMER Undergraduate Registration will open on Monday, March
23, 2009 at 8:00 am.

Omgggg, that's when I'm in the car on my way to class. I won't be able to get on til 10 r later. :|

Damn. And now I can't get on which probably means the classes I want/need will be full. AGAIN. Not cool.

Even though I was finally able to get in, the only class that really matters to me as an elective is already full. Figures.

I got in, tried registering, and about ten minutes in it would boot me off saying that my time has ran out, and after repeatedly loading up SOLAR, it would do the same thing.
