I got in at 12:01 for MUGSI and 12:06 for SOLAR! Sooo happy! I got into Astron 1F03 too, which is the one I wanted the most. But all my term 2 electives were already full, so I'm stuck with two anthropology courses in one term, with one in the evening.... I originally had philosophy, but the time conflicts with Math 1C03 for both lectures. I'm pretty happy, though. Sounds like it could have been a lot worse.

No, it was one of the ones I had to choose, since mine were full. I logged back in after and dropped it once I discovered it conflicted. I was just randomly checking courses at the time to see if they were available, lol. Organization comes later.
Some of the philosophies are full, though. This was 1C03; I think the others might be filled up. Term 2D, if that helps.

i got into MUGSI at 1, and managed to get into solar at 1:10. Picked all my courses, clicked verify and was so happy i got the electives i wanted.
I look back, i got kicked out of solar. Finally got back into solar at 1:45 and selected all my courses again, and thankfully still got the electives i wanted. What a night.

Last year, I was fool who didn't understand the value of getting on "first". I was naive to think that McMaster had a fair way to assign seats/ample seats for each class, and didn't understand the horrors of mugsi's limitations ~__~ Not to mention I was getting ready for grad/prom around the registration opening date, so I just ended up putting it aside until 2 days later. at least I ended up getting in fairly easily x) didn't get the electives I wanted though.
this year I got in within 2 hours and got mostly everything I needed, so it was okay.

If it's offered during the summer, you still have a chance to take it.

I'm done with MUGSI/SOLAR once I'm finished one summer course, I'm so happy. : P I helped a friend starting Mac this year and we were in by 12:20am. We got all the courses he wanted except one. One of my easiest SOLAR experiences ever
