I just realized that I was given the wrong sticker without HSR, at first I thought it was because I wasn't taking a full course load but I went online to check my payment summary and I have been charged for an HSR bus pass. I was wondering what I should do? Should I go in show them and ask for a refund? Or do you think the only thing I can do is get a new sticker? I have the sticker still stuck to the papers, cuz I ended up losing it around my house but found it just recently. Actually thinking about it how could they even verify, if I want a refund, that I was given the wrong sticker right? I guess I wont know till I ask but Who can I ask to get it changed or have any questions? THANKS!

You should go in and show them, and they will tell you whether you should get a refund or a new sticker. Also I'm not sure how they let you write exams without a valid sticker stuck to your student card.

You don't need to take a full course load to get the bus pass, you just need to be a member of the MSU, so if you're a member of MSU then they cannot give you a refund. The most they can do is give you a new sticker, and they can quite easily verify if the sticker you were given is appropriate for your current situation.

Specifically, you should go the the registrar's office in Gilmore Hall to ask about your issue.
