For upper-years, the application wouldn't let me list less than 3 choices, so I would assume yours is the same as well.

so if i have a special accomodation form handed in and everything, am i guaranteed the type of room i need?

special needs are dealt with first, then everyone else..So you have a high chance >95% of getting your room
