Star Trek
What's your favour one?

I initially hated Deep Space 9, but after watching all the seasons in a marathon a few years ago, it became my favourite.

The story arcs were amazing and I enjoyed how many of the arcs lasted all seven seasons.

The Visitor remains my favourite Star Trek episode of all time.

The Next Generation remains my true favourite. I can't even really explain it, it's just classic Star Trek for me.

I also grew fond of Enterprise, and I wish they didn't cancel it.

I really liked the movie?

My dad used to watch Next Generation when I was a kid, and I loathed it. Perhaps I'd have more appreciation for it now?

XD I'm with Danielle. My older brother and boyfriend have some deep appreciation for the series which I never had, but I really really enjoyed the movie. Best summer movie so far I think. :]

For a few years when I was younger, I used to watch a lot of Star Trek since Space used to play it pretty much non-stop. It's hard to pick a favourite since all the series were pretty good after they had some time to develop. It's a shame Enterprise got cancelled, the last two seasons were really good and I think its last season in particular was one of the bests seasons of Trek (minus the finale).

With the new movie, it still feels kind of weird to have something Star Trek doing so well. It never used to be too popular in the mainstream.

Really? I thought it was popular, well... maybe not now 2009 but for a while back then. I know a lot of people who like it and watch it.

I think it helped that the Star Trek movie had a decent story, great visuals ... and attractive actors/actresses. :]

My favourite is the next generation still. I watched all of them, TOS, voyager, DS9 and enterprise. But TNG is still my fav. Loved that crew. Captain Picard and Data are my favourite. I grew up watching it, and just got the entire 7 season collection and enjoy watching the episodes. Its the only show I can watch over and over. The stories were great.

Taunton likes this.

I completely adored the Star Trek movie. It was amazing. Definetely one of the best movies that I've seen in 2009. And actually it made me want to start watching the Star Trek series online, considering I'm a generation too late to have experienced it on TV :(
