Summer Stuff
I was wondering what sort of ... stuff/access we got over the summer if we're not enrolled in summer classes (ie. IWC, library, etc).

Thanks

you should still have IWC access like through the year- track, pool, courts etc.
and the option of buying a pulse membership over the summer months
no HSR unless you get the summer pass
library card will still work, so you can get books etc out over the summer

also should still work for student discounts, though I dont think the get cultured part works over the summer so you would have to pay for art galleries and museums I think

Well, it's not exactly free in the fall/winter either... you do pay for it in your supplementary fees.

Does this mean we get in free to those during the school year?

Yup. From September to April, you can go to a bunch of museums, galleries and different places for free. One I can think of off the top of my head is the Warplane Heritage Museum.

The Get Cultured Program works year-round and gives you free access to all Hamilton Civic Museums, Art Gallery of Hamilton, Football Hall of Fame and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. And no, you don't pay for it in supplementary fees. The MSU has an agreement with the organizations above to give access to all students free of cost.
