I'm 10 minutes away from campus and I pay $350 + utilities. I also have a huge front yard, and a bench for some reason.

10 minute walk 360 + utilities, looks like a good deal to me.

Last year - $390 with utilities included, 10 min walk to keyes.

This year - $350 + utilities, 1 minute walk... (Thorndale Cres)
