Switching from SocSci to LifeSci?
So I will be going to Soc Sci first year but I just realized that I want to do Life Sci. I know there are some courses I cannot take because they have some restrictions (Ex, Bio 1M03 for Life Sci students or if you're in any Level II program or above). How can I take these required courses so I will be able to get into Honors Life Sci by second year?

I believe you're allowed to take bio 1M03; it's bio 1A03 that you cannot take.
You'll have to apply for a waiver to take the course(s) in summer school - the bio department will not grant waivers during the year, but they will in the summer.
You should also speak with an academic advisor.

Assuming you have the appropriate high school pre-reqs you should be okay to take all the life sci requirements apart from Bio 1A03 during your first year. So as starfish said, you can get a course waiver from the biology department to take it in the summer and still get into honours life science in your second year.
