Lol.

Yeah, you're in third year man!

Just note that there's 2 of them, T29 and T28. So make sure you go to the right side.

T-29 is the one with two rooms, T28 only has one room. T-29 is the one that's closer to Commons.

Quiz time!!!!
You have 5 minutes. Go!

1) What 3 buildings are found nearest to T-14 (Edit: oops. I meant T-13)? (3 points)
2) Where is ETB's building number on the campus map? (2 points)
3) Where is LSB found? (4 points, 2 points if you have had a class in it)
4) Where is ELM located? (3 points + 2 bonus points)
5) a) Where is the Refectory? (2 points)
b) What are the 2 key features found in the refectory? (2 points)
6) What is the best route to BSB B-231? (Edit: Beginning from MUSC) (6 points)
7) What popular item is found in the Wentworth House? (3 points)

Answers will be posted after my first exam has been completed.

What is your total score? ?/25 or /23 if you have had a class in LSB.

1) ITB, ETB, and...IAHS? Or the Psych building. I think I'm going with IAHS here.
2) 39? /ballpark
3) Right across from JHE. There's a bus stop in front of it.
4) Sharcnet servers in ABB?
5a) Near Bridges?
5b) Faculty lounge, exam rooms
6) "Best" is subjective; there is no right answer.
7) ...Women? I'm not positive Wentworth is the female-only res. I'm fairly sure it isn't, actually. Maybe the Phoenix?

A good solid hint is that I'm still looking up some of the answers even though I posted almost an hour ago.

1) ITB, Communications Research Lab (... I think that's what it's called) and the Psychology Building
2) My campus map says it's under construction, conveniently enough.
3) Life Science Building is on the way to the Health Science Centre, past the Divinity College.
4) ELM is at UTS... so I think in ABB... and also online.
5) a) Across from General Sciences Building, beside... Wallingford.
b) Bridges, and the worst examination room in existence.
6) What the person before me said.
7) My History TA's office. Also, the daycare I think.

Ok, well here is what I have managed to come up with:

1) What 3 buildings are found nearest to T-14? (3 points)
2) What is ETB's building number on the campus map?
(6 points)
7) What popular item is found in the Wentworth House? (3 points)

Answers:

1) The closest buildings to Temporary Building 13 are: Engineering Technology Building, Communications Research Laboratory, and the Health Sciences Complex (one point for each building you got correct)

2) The Engineering Technology Buildings campus map number is: 56 (one point for looking it up on the map, one point for getting it correct)

3) The Life Sciences Building is found connected to the Health Sciences complex (by a bridge). On its four sides beginning with West and rotating clockwise are: University Avenue, Divinity College, Michael DeGroote Centre of Learning, and the Health Sciences Complex. (one point for each building or road found on the four sides of LSB, divide by 2 if you have had a class in it)

4) ELM, our loving technological wonder (note sarcasm) is found in the ABB server room, it is, however, NOT a part of the Sharcnet server, Sharcnet is specifically for scientific calculations. The server's name is elm.ltrc.mcmaster.ca and has a static ip of 130.113.9.6 while the accessed server has an address of 130.113.64.1 using port 53. (1 point for noting it is not a building, 1 point for noting it is on the campus server, 1 point for being awesome. 2 bonus points for noting the building it is in, 50 points for noting the exact server elm is primarily hosted on)

5) a) The Refectory is located with the following roads and buildings on each of the 4 sides, beginning west and rotating clockwise: Wallingford Hall, Cootes, Biology Greenhouse, Scholar's Road (2 points for getting all of the sides correct, if you answered Hamilton Hall instead of Biology Greenhouse only subtract a half point)
b) The refectory contains: Bridges (vegetarian restaurant), and diversity services (1 point for each correct answer, half point for mentioning the exam room on the main floor, half point for mentioning the lounge that was there last year for Brandon students, also 10 bonus points for mentioning the refectory used to be the central eatery on campus)

6) I have actually not found BSB B-231 as of yet. Stairwell's A, B, C, and D don't seem to lead to it. I'm thinking you may need to go down the stairwell to BSB B-220. Next I will have to try going through BSB B-135 and see how to get upstairs from the downstairs exit of that room.

7) The best known item in the Wentworth house is the Phoenix pub. Also found in Wentworth house is: MacCycle Co-Op, MSA Headquarters, and McMaster Children's Centre Inc. (a daycare). (3 points for one of the mentioned answers)
