TapaTalk Problems Anyone?

Hey, I've been trying to access MacInsiders through Tapatalk on my BB and Android but neither work. I always get a network error even though I'm on Wi-Fi. All other forums I go to work fine. Anyone ever have the same problem? Help would be appreciated.

To note, I contacted the developer who did a network diagnostic and he says that's not the issue. Is MacInsiders even supported by Tapatalk in the first place because I was able to find the forum in the app so I assume it should work.
