Tentative agreement with CUPE 3906 (TA's/RA's)

A tentative agreement has been reached between the University and CUPE 3906, which represents McMaster's Teaching and Research Assistants.
Both parties now begin the ratification process. CUPE 3906 will hold a ratification vote next week.
