Textbook requirement for Psych 2C03 and Econ 2J03

Textbook requirement for Psych 2C03 and Econ 2J03
For those that taken these two courses, is it necessary to buy the textbooks for these two courses?

The textbook for Econ2J03 is useful because all of his lecture notes, including practice tests, are included.

For Psych 2C03, yes you need the textbook. Dr. Ostovich will test on some material that is only in the textbook. It's also good because it goes over experiments that are covered in class that you need to know really well for the exams and her exams are pretty tough.

I was also wondering if I need the textbook for Econ 2J03? I know you need the courseware, but is the textbook really needed?

I'm taking it this term, and my one friend told me that all you'll need is the courseware since he reuses a lot of the practice questions. |

I don't think I touched the textbook for 2J03 once.
