Is there school on Friday October 7?
The title says it all. My friend keeps telling me there is no school/classes that day. I just don't know if he's trolling me or not anymore.

We get the 10th off. When in doubt, check the sessional dates.

I like to think that classes on fridays are optional anyways

To answer the actual question. There ARE classes on Friday!

...on my own note, I have Fridays off. Hello 4-day Weekend

No, we do not get Friday off. No more 4 day weekend like high school unfortunately...same goes for Easter weekend as well. We only get the actual holiday off for both.

*Facepalm.* CS is a Faculty of Engineering program even though it isn't actually an "engineering program" in that we don't receive accreditation as engineers or iron rings, and we receive a B.A.Sc instead of a B.Eng. But our faculty is still the same as yours.
