Dr. Argentino is one of the best profs I've had at Mac so far. He was one of the four nominees for the Humanities Teaching Award (something along those lines). He is really nice and often cracks jokes. He has concise notes that he goes through in class, but he doesn't post them online (because people wouldn't bother going to class, according to him). Speaking of, the course isn't on Avenue to begin with. Music 1A03 is my favourite course thus far -- whether it was the content or the prof or both, I don't know. His testing is really easy as long as you know the content...as in, multiple people got perfect on his tests. But the tests do get progressively harder, so don't slack off. He reviews the test material the day before and tells us what to focus on. He drops hints occasionally as well. The tests are MC and fill in the blanks, composed of a listening section and a theory section.
