I'm not vegan so I like to dip my tofu in egg first instead of brushing it with the oil, because it makes the breading stick better.

They're great in stir fried dishes. One of my favorites is with shrimp, carrots and celery. For a very quick and simple dish, you can just stir fry it with some minced meat and add whatever sauce you want like soy sauce or hot sauce.

I have a sweet recipe for black pepper-crusted tofu. Sounds weird but is amazing!
