So it's not really about the Raven at all... its like some CSI episode on steroids....
1. Random Poe (who I think I have see somewhere...)
2. Random copycat dude gets ideas from Poe...way to be lazy, random murdering dude. What's next? Gonna pull a Dostoevsky and kill your grandma with an ax? Push a man with magnificent black hair through a suspicious curtain a la Rowling? And you pick a writer that is still alive, and in the public eye? Geez, and I thought the guys on CSI Miami were dumb.
3. I don't get this Raven btw. Does he eat the victims? Why is he here? Is this more of that lazy symbolism (Poe=raven, heheheh)? Did the raven kill everyone, hence justifying his bird brained schemes?
I dunno... having trouble getting into it... the killer/main antagonist seems like a doofus. Unless this movie is about something else/the trailer was misleading?
Still might be entertaining through... Holmes was entertaining....
