Unbalanced Courseload
I currently have BIO 2C03, 2F03 CHEM 2OA3 and PSYCH 2E03 in first term and BIO 2A03, 2B03, CHEM 2OB3, PSYCH 2NF3, 2TT3 and 2AP3 second term...
Would it be wise to switch to first term BIO 2B03 as there is a spot available but this would mean taking 3 bio courses in one term...anyone know if this would be too much? Genetics, ecology and cel bio all in the same term?

No this shouldn't be much of a problem, last year i had 3 psychology courses in 1 term and it didn't confuse me at all, in fact it might be helpful because they will cover a few of the same general concepts in biology. This year im taking 4 psych courses in term 2 and im pretty sure it's gonna be fine. I think your best option would be to go to your profs on starting day or a few days before class and ask them if the material between the courses will "collide" and if they say no then it should be fine.

Move Psych 2AP3 to first term, you will eventually find a spot. Problem Solved.

Or move cell bio like you said, and yes 3 Biology courses are okay very doable, plus some might discuss some components at the same time so you will have mutual content (not everything).
I would suggest you move cell bio to first term, the unbalanced course-load sounds scary.

Yeah....orgo, animal phys, cell bio and three psych courses seems pretty intense. That, coupled with the fact that generally people are more burnt out in term 2 and study less (plus the classes always seem to get harder) means you have to be quite careful because you have 18 units on the line, not the regular 15.
If I were you I would move any one course you can to first term. But if you think you can manage it, by all means go for it.

It would probably be easier to handle three Bio courses in first term then 6 courses in general for second term.

Okay I was able to switch psych 2AP3 into first term and now I have two bios two psychs and a chem in each semester...would you say this is better than having 3 bios in first term and 3 psychs in second?

Yep, much better. Your term 2 sounded a little scary before :/. Also, about taking 3 Bios it's more than do-able. I took Bio 2B03, 2D03 and 2F03 in first term last year and it wasn't bad at all .

Yeah I dropped 2E03 and so I got 2AP3 and 2B03 first term then 2NF3 and 2TT3 second term. Did you take 2NF3? How was it or do you know how the course is?

Generally, overloading isn't too bad. I'm not in a memory-heavy program (i.e. not in bio), however.
Anyway, as Kamran said, try to overload first-semester only if you have a choice. I'd think that it'd be a pain to run into an overloaded second-semester after a regular first one, while it would be nice to go from a heavy first semester to a light second.

I'm in the same second term courses lol 2NF3 is new this year and combines 2F03 &2N03 (neuroscience and neuropsychology). Should be good...I discussed it with the prof before taking it
