My name is Tynan. I'm a 5th year Earth Sci student looking for somebody willing to rent a spacious upstairs bedroom in a house that's very close to campus. I can vouch that the tennants presently occupying the house are cool, and keep the place in good order. As stated in the thread subject, the rent period will be from September 2014 to April 2015, is $400/mo with utilities included but no internet (that's to be negotiated among students, as ISP is an important group decision kind of thing).
