So I confirmed my agreement already long ago, but since then have made changes and havent confirmed. It says I am fully registered though but due to making changes do I need to confirm again? When should I do this by to be able to get on? thanks

Yes, you should reconfirm every time you make a change. It won't affect your SOLAR access since you already confirmed it though, but just confirm it whenever you can. You can confirm it right now if you want, takes like 5 minutes assuming MUGSI is empty.

does it take a certain amount of time to process or something? i dont want to confirm again only to have it take days to process and not be able to get on.. thanks.

It doesn't matter, you already confirmed it. If you are already fully registered then you can't be unregistered.
