I’m Janelle Hinds, I am working on building an app that will help high school students find volunteer opportunities. Remember tracking your hours on those silly pieces of paper, or realizing in grade 12 a month before graduating you didn't get your 40 hours done? Wished that you could have been volunteering at a place closer to your interest? Well I am building HelpingHands to alleviate those issues.
Between planning for a hackathon as Lead of HackItMac (

I pitched it at Innovation Night Showdown coming in second and chosen as a top ten finalist of the Next Einstein competition. But it’s hard trying to develop this on my own so getting help from professionals will be great.
